Owl Barn, a single-storey house, consists of an open-plan living area with kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for five guests, a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with a TV and twin serviced by a bathroom with corner bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC and a cloakroom with basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Within 2.3 miles you will find a shop, within 1.3 miles you will find a pub and canal and within 0.5 miles a lake. Enjoy a memorable escape to Warwickshire at Owl Barn. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond. Note: Dogs will need to be on leads in the garden as it is not fully enclosed and may be livestock. Note: A third child is welcome with the use of a Z bed.
