    The best parts of this hotel were the location close to the beach, diving / snorkeling rental spots and great eating spots nearby (shoutout to Tioman Cabana Cafe), and a pretty good breakfast. However, the fan in the room didn’t work throughout our weekend stay there, even though we highlighted it as soon as we moved in, and the door lock didn’t really work either as the door could be pushed open even when locked (less of a problem when we were in the room as the door could be latched from the inside). Water pressure in the shower was also a trickle. The ambience is nice, however, with a flamingo-themed fountain with Koi fish near the entrance.

    Toilet and shower is clean. Water pressure is not too strong but sufficient, it is stronger than my previous resort in Tioman. Room is spacious. Breakfast is basic. Room wifi signal is not stable, but you can go to the common area for strong signal. For food, better to go to nearby restaurants during meal time. Overall I think it is worth the price

    Budget-Friendly: A low-cost option on Tioman Island if you just need a simple place to sleep without high expectations. Location & Accessibility: It's about a 700m walk from the Tekek Jetty, which takes around 8–10 minutes. Quite accessible, though carrying heavy luggage under the heat can be a bit tiring. Areas for Improvement: Weak Water Pressure: The shower water pressure was weak, making washing and rinsing long hair take forever. Cleanliness Needs Work: Hygiene standards could definitely be improved. I even encountered a cockroach in the room and had to handle it myself. Overall, this resort is strictly for budget-conscious travelers who just need a basic, affordable spot and aren't too picky about comfort or strict cleanliness. If you are sensitive to water pressure or hygiene, you might want to consider other options.
