Welcome to Loon Lodge, a cozy and comfortable cottage on the shores of beautiful Falls Lake. This charming retreat offers direct lakefront access to your own private beach and floating dock /views, perfect for relaxing or exploring the water. Enjoy deeded beach access 1 minute away to another community beach, a convenient boat launch, and shared use of the community dock. Whether you're swimming, boating, or unwinding by the fire, Loon Lodge is the ideal getaway for family and friends.
Welcome to your perfect getaway retreat! This spacious and beautifully appointed lodge offers comfort, charm, and everything you need for a memorable stay. Outside, enjoy the inviting firepit area, perfect for evening gatherings under the stars. The deck features a dining table ideal for outdoor meals, & a BBQ ! While the private balcony off the master bedroom offers a bistro set and stunning views of the surrounding property. We have a canoe, Kayak and stand up Paddle board to enjoy the water activities as well as plenty of lawn games!
Inside, you'll find a cozy living room designed for relaxation, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook and entertain. The home comfortably sleeps all guests with a thoughtful layout:
Main floor: One queen bedroom and a full bath, providing easy access and comfort.
Upper floor: Two twin-over-twin bunk bed rooms, perfect for kids or groups, and a spacious king master suite with its own private balcony overlooking the property.
Whether you're roasting marshmallows by the fire, enjoying breakfast with a view, or settling in for a movie night, this property offers the perfect balance of comfort and outdoor charm.
To the entire property, as well as the deeded access to community beach, Boat Launch and Dock!
Always available by the App or cell!
No Parties or events, fines of up to 500$ for such activity.
8 guest maximum unless otherwise specified. Fines also apply.
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful to the community and neighbours, being disruptive will not be tolerated :)
The Lodge is an 8 minute drive down a dirt road, in true cottage fashion! Please be aware that the time of year can affect some potholes, but note the road is graded regularly :)
Pets upon approval - message us :) pet fee applies.
Dogs must be leashed. If you are going to let them off leash on the property they must be under positive control. This matter will refer to west hants animal control if not followed.
