This Property has access to its own private dock as well as a deeded access to a boat launch and sandy beach just minutes away.

Canyon Point is a quaint community of full-time residents and cottage goers. We ask guests to be respectful of all common areas, such as the deeded access to the boat launch and the sandy beach. Quiet time is 10 pm
no parties or events will be tolerated unless previously discussed upon approval.
7 people maximum at all times
quiet hour is 10pm - 7am
fine 100$ per extra guest if over the limit of 7
Dogs must be leashed. If you are going to let them off leash on the property they must be under positive control. This matter will refer to west hants animal control if not followed.
