Inside, stream favorites on Netflix & Disney+, curl up in the hanging nest swing on the lower level, or launch the kayaks right from shore (life jackets provided).

Quiet hours: 11:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. (includes hot tub & outdoor areas).
Registered guests only; max occupancy 11.
No smoking or vaping indoors. If smoking outside, keep doors/windows closed; dispose of butts safely.
Hot tub: shower before use; no glass; replace cover after use; children must be supervised at all times.
Fire safety: follow local advisories/fire ban; never leave fires unattended; fully extinguish before going inside;
Water safety: kayaks at your own risk; life jackets required; check weather/tides; no unsupervised minors near water or hot tub.
Respect the neighbors: keep voices/music low outdoors, especially after 11 p.m.
Care for the home: don’t move furniture; rinse sand/salt off gear; report spills/damage promptly.
