About this space
Come relax and enjoy this modern lake house oasis with fun for the entire family. This private all-season cottage is directly on Falls Lake with a large deck and beach access steps away from your door. If you are looking for a summer lake house getaway, fall winery retreat or cozy fireplace after a day at the ski hill you will find it all at the Moon Shadow Lakehouse.
The space
This is a newly built single story lake front home with modern finishes and an open concept. Inside you will be greeted with a large living room overlooking the lake with a beautiful stone propane fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is a large main bedroom with a king size bed, walkout access to the deck and lake front, and an ensuite with soaker tub, dual sinks, and large shower. There is a second bedroom with a queen-size bed tastefully decorated and a room with two comfortable twin-size beds that would accommodate children or adults.
There is also a second bathroom with full bath and shower and a laundry room with washer and dryer available for guest use. The kitchen has all the amenities including brand new appliances, a wine chiller, large walk in pantry and everything you will need to cook for you and your family.
The outdoor area has a large back deck with dining area, BBQ for grilling and fire pit. For lake access and swimming there is a large deck and dock out onto the water and a small sandy beach area to the side. The private boat launch is directly beside the property with easy access to Falls Lake. There are life jackets, floats, a kayak, and paddle boat that can be enjoyed by our guests.

It was wonderful. The house was very comfortable. The view magnificent. The swimming was great, although the entry was a bit tricky as the lake was low. Lots of room. Spaces to spend time together and spaces to spend time apart.

We enjoyed a relaxing stay at the Lakehouse. It is beautiful, clean and comfortable. It is fully stocked for your stay, without you ever having to leave until checkout. We were welcomed with some special treats to make our stay that much more memorable. We enjoyed the beach area, paddle boat and kayaks. We had a family group of six with ages ranging from 3-57 years. There was something for all of us to enjoy.Jordan was quick to reply to any questions we had.If you are looking for a quiet get away with beautiful lake views look no further!

Jordan (and Christina) have made their beautiful new lakefront home very bright, clean, comfortable and relaxing! The house was a pleasure to visit, very spacious and well laid out living spaces inside and out. There are ample dining spaces both inside and on the deck, with beautiful views of a very clean lake and private dock. We enjoyed the kayaks, pedal boat, and fire pit which are all a very short walk from the house. Modern appliances and conveniences you would expect from a newly built home as well. Although situated in a very rural area, a great convenience store / gas station are located a 2-minute drive away. Since the home is one of several new homes in a new wooded neighborhood being developed, the quiet gravel roads made great places for walking, running, and biking. Overall a very nice, bright, clean, comfortable, and relaxing home and stay!

Property is exactly as shown and described. Beautiful private waterfront on Falls Lake.
House is well stocked with everything you need. BBQ outside too.
