About this apartment rental
This attractively and modernly furnished apartment leaves little to be desired.
The comfortable couch and two armchairs provide plenty of space for cozy evenings. The bedroom closet is also located here. Across from it, the TV is mounted on the wall, and there’s also a small CD player there.
Across from the seating area, you can enjoy your meals at the large dining table or gather for a game night.
The small room divider shelf holds some kitchen appliances. Behind the room divider is the kitchenette. Here you’ll find, among other things, a stove with a ceramic cooktop and a refrigerator with a built-in freezer. A kettle, coffee maker, and toaster are, of course, provided, as are plenty of dishes, silverware, and other kitchen utensils.
The open bedroom, which adjoins the living-dining room, has two single beds of different lengths. A window facing the living room lets in some natural light.
The second bedroom is also furnished with two single beds and includes a narrow wardrobe with reading lamps mounted on its outer walls. There’s also plenty of space for an alarm clock or a book.
In the bathroom, you’ll find a walk-in shower with a low threshold, a mirror, and a shelf above the sink.
From the terrace, you have a view of—and access to—the boardwalk and the adjacent beach and ocean. Comfortable patio furniture is, of course, included.
Your pet is welcome in this apartment. Smoking is not permitted in this apartment. The parking space is located directly in front of the building.
You can use the washer and dryer in the building’s common area for a small fee. Bed linens and towels can be rented for a fee.
