This spacious four bedroom villa is located in Riviera del Sol, perfectly located just a stone throw away from all the amenities and the beach. A short walk of 450m will take you to the beach and Max beach club. You can enjoy a selection of bars & restaurants just 130m from the villa. There is also a supermarket and taxi rank 200m away. The villa enjoys a private pool, hot & cold aircon units in the bedrooms and living rooms, free WIFI and shutter in the bedrooms.
The villa is arranged over two levels with access from street level. The spacious interior features two living rooms. The first cosy living room offers a dining seating area, two sofas and a 40” TV with international channels. Leading on, access the second light and airy, open plan living room and kitchen. The living room is furnished with a dining seating area and two sofas. Here you can enjoy the views over the pool, garden and partial sea views. The kitchen is well equipped with a breakfast bar & stools. From the kitchen, step out on to the closed terrace, furnished with a further dining seating area.
