This lovely villa is perfect for family holidays.The spacious lounge, leads out to a large terrace, some of it under cover and onto the pool and garden with a BBQ. There is a separate TV room (with a smart TV) and a dining area leading to a fully equipped kitchen.Downstairs there are two bedrooms with a bathroom and a separate toilet and upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms also have mezzanine levels that can accommodate another 3 people (a single + a double bed).The villa has air conditioning / heating throughout and complementary Fibre-optic WIFI. This charming and peaceful villa has security gates and private parking and is situated in Lower Calahonda within 15 minutes walk of the beach, shops, bars and restaurants.As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
