Lovely pool, rooftop terrace (to see the eclipse), great aircon everywhere. Bedrooms all a good size. Kitchen and barbeque area well equipped.
The whole property is getting tired - needs a refurbisment. Partcularly the pool decking, which is broken and dangerous in places. The en-suite in the lower bedroom is very small. The door to the rooftop terrace could not close properly. Some masonry and paint missing off the outside walls. The picture above must be from a while ago.
