La situación y las vistas
La ropa de cama que esté puesta cuando llegas al apartamento.
Que haya papel del baño suficiente para los días y personas alojadas, y papel de cocina.
Al apartamento le falta un lavavajillas.

Place couldn't have been better. Just next to a peaceful and excellent sandy beach. View from The balcony is just amazing. Car parking downstairs is very convinient and we liked also restaurant and bakery on the 1st floor. Very well equipped kitchen and Air condition were good. Pool area was very nice and clean. Area is very safe and secured.
Sofa in the living room is very bad, please change it. Pool area was very nice clean and large, but rules were quite strict (no toys allowed for children in an empty pool). Emptying Air conditioner water was guite odd and annoying
