Located in the quiet area of La Llosa, in Cambrils, this terraced house is perfect for enjoying a few days of rest by the Mediterranean. Its family atmosphere and peaceful surroundings make it ideal for those seeking comfort and quiet moments near the sea.

With 120 m², Casa Mágica has capacity for up to 6 people and is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor there is a lounge-dining room, an independent kitchen and a toilet. On the upper floor are the three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a bathtub.

Bedroom 2: 1 double bed
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds

The house has air conditioning, a pleasant furnished terrace and access to a seasonal community pool perfect for cooling off on summer days. Everything designed to enjoy a comfortable and worry-free holiday.

A deposit of €500 will also be required by credit card. Refundable 7 days after departure.

- maison fonctionnelle
- respect des dates annoncées pour la livraison du linge
- vaisselle un peu juste (verres, couverts, casseroles ...)
- Sièges de terrasse en mauvais état
- la maison mériterait un rafraichissement

La maison avec piscine et mer à côté. Centre ville très proche.
Enlever la porte de la cuisine qui gêne avec le réfrigérateur.
