清潔、駅近、コンビニが真下で便利でした。窓を開けると桜がきれいに見えました。
うちは子連れで早く寝たので、深夜12時くらいまでまわりの音が気になった。それ以降は静かでした。

高円寺駅から近く、商店街を歩くので飽きない。1Fがコンビニで便利、全く騒音なし。 キッチンは広く、洗濯機(乾燥機能あり)、洗面所周りの棚も広くて使いやすい。 布団も快適、ハンガーもたくさんあり。 全体的に、とても清潔で、コンパクトな部屋割りだが全く圧迫感がなく、調味料や、洗剤、シャンプーなど充実しており、親子三名、非常に快適に過ごせました。
特にはありませんが、私事では、カールできるヘアアイロンか、くるくるドライヤーがあったら感激してたと思います。
