Prestige Apartment Close to Elstree & Borehamwood Station

The apartment is nice and welcoming !

Lots of ants everywhere ,they need pets control urgently They advertise free parking,at 3 pm check in time you don’t find anywhere free parking only after 6.30pm, I was driving around 40 min to find parking even that I was happy to pay and in the end I found very convenient parking opposite the apartment for 4.10 £ per day, I think is nice the people to be informed from beginning. Also they have the highest fee for the pets ,which is not clearly stated on booking, after I booked with them and paid, for two nights they was trying to charge me £50 after long conversation they reduced me at £40

Very spacious and modern, host was very communicative and helpful.

Good location had everything we needed within walking distance. The property was clean and comfy. Pub next door, perfect.

The location was excellent. Very close to public transport. Plenty of shops cafes etc.,

The flat is lovely. Although I booked for 3 adults there were insufficient towels. There were no sheets for the bed settee, I texted to ask were there any but did not receive a reply. The dishwasher had a full load of dirty dishes so we had to wash up after the previous guests. The door handle was missing off the inside of the lounge door, we nearly trapped ourselves inbwhen we closed it as we hadn’t noticed.
