Very convenient location - short walk across to hendon central station. We saw Adam a couple of times and he was super lovely, helped us with our bags and explaining a few things. The room itself was good, shower had great water pressure, room was well-heated. The bed was comfortable as well. Had what we needed, especially great to have a washing machine/dryer.

It could be a bit loud outside the room - I’m assuming other guests but they were quieter from later in the evening so didn’t interfere with sleep. We couldn’t figure out how to turn off the heated towel rail (should have asked) which did warm up the bathroom.

Excellent location (a few minutes from the M1 motorway and right on the Northern line), clean and comfortable, with very attentive hosts. Great value for money and everything you need for a short stay. Perfect if you're travelling into London from the North by car. I would highly recommend it as a base for exploring London while enjoying the convenience and value of staying just outside the hustle and bustle of the city centre, in what appeared to be a pleasant area.

Nothing major. The only thing we would point out is that if you're travelling by car, there's plenty of on-street parking nearby, but it's a bit of pot luck how close you can park to the accommodation, so you may need to walk a few minutes. Parking restrictions also require vehicles to be moved between 11am and 12 noon, which seems fairly common in London these days. It's not a problem for a short stay, but it's worth bearing in mind if you're staying longer and have a car. If you're travelling by train, however, the Tube is right nearby and provides easy access into central London. It's also worth noting that there is no lift and access involves a few flights of stairs, which may be challenging for guests with mobility issues.

The apartment was very clean, with new furniture, and conveniently located close to shops and the underground. The host was very friendly, helpful, and always available when needed.
