Hendon (NW4) is a residential North London base with restaurants, cafés, takeaways and supermarkets within walking distance. It suits guests who want more space than a hotel for a work stay, relocation or Wembley event while staying on a quiet residential road. The area feels practical rather than touristy: stock up for a longer stay locally, then use the Tube or buses for central London.
Getting Around:
Bus stops are directly outside with frequent services towards central London. Hendon Central station on the Northern line is about a 15-minute walk, with a Costa by the entrance. From there, central London is straightforward without a car.
Drivers can reach us easily from the North Circular (A406) and M1 Junction 2. Paid on-street parking is available via PayByPhone; there is no on-site car park and no cash payment, so download the app before arrival. Wembley Stadium is also reachable for events.

This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your security deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.
*Quiet Hours After 10PM This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.
*No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied to cover deep cleaning and damage.
*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.
*Stays over 7 nights require additional housekeeping for an £75 extra fee per week. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced accordingly.
*Online Check-In Required To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.
*Check-In/Out Policy Early check-in: £10/half hour before stated time (if not pre-approved) Late check-out (after 10AM): £10/half hour
*Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver We require either:A refundable security deposit of £300-£500 (depending on property size), OR
A non-refundable damage waiver of £50–£100 (depending on length of stay)
*Pet Restrictions
Pets are allowed subject to a £100 fee per pet per stay.
