It was very well equipped with kitchen tools and everything seemed to be almost brand new. We loved the location very close to the beach and in a quiet part of the town.
On the silverware drawer we found mice poop and the floor was not really clean, specially in the bed.

Apartment is fairly new with 2 big comfy beds and enough clean towels. It is in the second floor with a small balcony.
House as such is a bit noisy. Water in the shower is not really warm, there was no basic kitchen equipment like drinking water or a few coffee capsules for the coffee machine. House is in third line to the beach.
