Lovely cute little boutique hotel perfect location too.

They were discarding the tooth brush and tooth paste daily. Felt like it was a big waste. Can request them to let the guest use the tooth brush and paste until they dont ask them to be changed. Be more eco-friendly

A fantastic location close to the beaches and Smoke & Bitters, making it ideal for easy exploring and relaxed evenings. I booked last minute on a whim, the room was lovely: clean, bright, and spacious with a comfortable feel throughout. The staff were also wonderful, genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the stay even better.

Maintenance of the trees at the property

Property is in a good location at the top of the hill between hiriketiya and dickwella. Room was comfortable

There were renovations during our stay which resulted in noise and building materials in the access way to our accommodation. There were multiple times we had to ask workman to move motorbikes or materials to access our room. No breakfast was able to be cooked on property so we were offered breakfast served in our room from a nearby cafe - we declined so cannot comment on included breakfast. In normal times this would be a great stay.
