L'environnement est calme, l'accès au bus très proche, quelques boutiques de premières nécessités également à proximité.
Le logement est assez spacieux, nous étions 5 et chacun a eu assez d'espace. La maison était propre à notre arrivée.
Il n'y a que 4 grosses chaises encombrantes dans la cuisine, or nous étions 5...Un étendoir pour le linge dans la maison semble indispensable, or il n'y en a pas. Un petit fil à linge existe bien dehors mais il n'y a pas d'épingle. La petite terrasse extérieure n'invite pas vraiment à la relaxation : 2 malheureuses chaises en fer, dont une est cassée. Le canapé lit est désarticulé et instable. Il a quand même rempli sa fonction pour 1 personne.

Abbiamo allogiato in questa zona di Londra in occasione di un evento che si è tenuto presso O2 Brixton Academy. L'appartamento è a 2 fermate di bus ma volendo in 15 minuti a piedi si raggiunge comodamente. Alloggio confortevole, molto bello così come mostrato in foto. Non abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere personalmente l'host ma via whatsapp è sempe stata disponibile. L'appartamento dispone di 2 bagni, soluzione ideale se si viaggia in gruppo. E' un appartamento a schiera, con piccolo cortile, zona giorno (cucina e sala con divano e TV) + 1 bagno al piano terra e zona notte con 2 camere matrimoniali + altro bagno (vasca e lavello in una stanza e WC in un'altra) al primo piano. Anche se solo per una notte devo dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene. Grazie Raquel
Io non avevo letto che è necessario versare una cauzione, cosa che trovo corretta, ma nella descrizione renderei il dettaglio più visibile.

The apartment is very well equipped, including an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, dishwasher, and toaster. The rooms are spacious, with a wardrobe in each room. The apartment has two bathrooms and a separate toilet. The apartment is conveniently located, a six-minute walk from the bus stop. Communication with the owners is excellent. They are very friendly and respond promptly./ Mieszkanie jest bardzo dobrze wyposażone, znajdziesz tam żelazko, deskę do prasowania, suszarkę do włosów, zmywarkę, toster. Pokoje są duże, w każdym pokoju jest szafa. W mieszkaniu znajdują się 2 łazienki i dodatkowo osobno toaleta. Mieszkanie jest dobrze zlokalizowane i znajduje się 6 minut drogi od przystanku autobusowego. Kontakt z Właścicielami mieszkania jest rewelacyjny. Są bardzo mili i odpisują natychmiastowo.
Mieszkanie nie wygląda aż tak idealnie jak na zdjęciach. Będąc na miejscu widać, że jest często wynajmowane i widać liczne ślady użytkowania co jest oczywiste przy tego typu wynajmach. Piszę to tylko dlatego, iż obiekt wymaga płatności kaucji więc czułam jedynie dyskomfort jak widziałam kilka uszkodzeń w mieszkaniu na samym wejściu bo nie wiedziałam jak Właściciele podejdą do kwestii zwrotu kaucji jeśli uszkodzenia nie były efektem Naszego pobytu./The apartment doesn't look as perfect as it does in the photos. Upon arrival, it's clear that it's been frequently rented and shows signs of wear and tear, which is typical for this type of rental. I'm only writing this because the property requires a security deposit, so I only felt discomfort when I saw some damage to the apartment right at the entrance. I wasn't sure how the owners would approach the refund of the deposit if the damage wasn't caused by our stay.
