Central 2Bedroom Apartment with Terrace and Garage

The place overall was nice, large open kitchen and comfy beds. Large floor fans were a nice touch as the weather was on the warm side. Rooms were a decent size to accommodate our 5 family members. Location was pretty good as the tube to either Oval or Kennington were near by and plenty of places to eat and drink and a really good park for the kids.

The sink in the main bathroom was blocked so you couldn't really use it, both of the bathroom and toilet doors were completely broken also. Missing/broken smoke detector from main hallway as you come through the front door. Would of been nice to include some small bottles of shampoo as well, it had conditioner, but shampoo would probably be appreciated by most guests I would say.

We had a wonderful stay at this property and would highly recommend it. The location was excellent, being very close to The Oval Cricket Ground and well connected to public transport, making it easy to explore London. There were also plenty of restaurants, cafés and grocery stores nearby, along with a large park directly opposite the property, which was a lovely bonus. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and well equipped with all the amenities needed for our stay. We were particularly grateful for the fans provided, which proved invaluable during the unusually hot weather, with temperatures reaching around 35°C. The host was exceptionally kind and accommodating. They allowed us a later check-out and kindly let us store our luggage in their shed after check-out, which made our travel arrangements much easier. One point worth noting is that the property may not be suitable for guests with accessibility or mobility needs, as access can be challenging. Overall, this was a great place to stay, with a fantastic location, excellent facilities and a very helpful host. Thank you for your hospitality!

The patio area could have been maintained well and cleaned in advance. however, it was cleaned while we were there.

Just awesome apartment. Really great location, all the facilities you need. Lovely staff very friendly and communicative. I left my reading glasses and they were so helpful to me to get them back ! Would highly recommend:)

Location was good. Linen and bedding clean.

There were a few areas which could have been a little cleaner. The living room floor had not been cleaned and had a lot of marks and grime on it. Some of the cooking pans had not been washed and still had food stuck to them. The bathroom door handle was hanging off. Some skirting board missing. Some handles missing from drawers. Some of doors and woodwork did have splashes of either liquids or food stuff. The terrace furniture cushions were quite dirty and the wooden furniture needs a little care and attention. Terrace area overall a little run down.
