Location of the property was close to Canary Wharf so it was convenient. Size of the flat was also very spacious for 1BR.
Responsiveness-not satisfactory. Information provided for check in-Email had different info, we received a totally different info just before check-in over whatsapp which caused stress. Cleanliness-very poor. Furnitures/couch-not well maintained, dirty and stained. Bed-too small for a double bed; even though we are not a large-sized couple, we had to turn on the sides to fit on the bed comfortably. Sunshades were broken, dust all over floor in bedroom. Fridge was small (below counter) and not clean. Bathroom- not maintained, bathtub dilatation was extremely dirty. Boiler-extremely loudly working, impossible to take shower early in the morning or late night not to disturb neighbors. Most important of all-WIFI was not working! Zero connection! Host tried to convince us that it was topped up and paid but it does not matter at all if the internet is not available! There was also no attempt to “physically” fix it as well. Very poor and disappointing experience for us, we would never stay there again.
