Appartement fonctionnel et bien équipé. Le lit est très confortable, la rue est calme et la résidence est sécurisée. L’emplacement est excellent, avec de nombreux points d’intérêt accessibles facilement. Bon rapport qualité-prix dans l’ensemble.
L’entretien de l’appartement pourrait être amélioré. À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté la présence de ruban adhésif au plafond, des taches sur les murs et plusieurs dégradations du crépi. Le robinet de la douche était défectueux et coulait en permanence ; malgré notre signalement, aucune réparation n’a été effectuée durant notre séjour. L’absence de volets ou de stores occultants laisse également entrer beaucoup de lumière dès le matin.
