Excellent location, good communication, very clean, and good to have the kitchen available.
If I were travelling for work it would be nice to have a little desk space. A hairdryer and a mirror would also be good additions to the room. However, I didn't miss these things for a one night stay.

Room was spacious and clean. Shared bathrooms and kitchen were well appointed.
Steps to top floor a bit steep if you had problems on stairs.

Suited my needs while attending a conference
Entrance at rear cluttered y neighbouring building debris - not much ca n be done about this so just saying. Notification on how to get into the building only came on the morning of travel. OK but getting in is not obvious and I was slightly disconcerted by not knowing until late on.
