A very good value option, more convenient and cheaper than a hotel or Airbnb

Temperature was perfect, heating was effective, everything was well finished/decorated, all furniture was new and in perfect condition, clothes storage/wardrobe was excellent and usable. Shared bathrooms were a concern, turned out to be completely unfounded. I don't know how they were kept so clean without ever seeing anyone cleaning.

The approach alley was quite treacherous - uneven and slippery. The door lock - while convenient - was not very intuitive, requiring a lot of force to shut the door and wondering if the smart lock had jammed up. Stairs were very steep - some warning may be required. It would have been nice to know our room was up 2x flights, in the attic space. Stairs to the attic were very creaky - we knew when the other room was being approached. Motion-activated lights were a bit too bright and stark in the night, especially through the glazing above the door to the bedroom. When other guests moved about the room was lit up quite brightly.

Overall, a relatively good experience

Quick and easy to book-response times from Owner/Rep very efficient. Newly Appointed Option Well appointed especially the kitchen. Clean and tidy and everything new.

No TVs in the rooms (Only singular Flatscreen in Kitchen) Complicated and time consuming Property Access method requiring long Codes. Lack of Light at rear entrance particularly frustrating whilst trying to access property at rear. V Steep Stairs-not advisable for physically impaired or disabled. Parking charges close to property will apply outside Mon-Sat in business hours.
