128-130 Crookes

The property had modern furniture and fittings and was very clean. This was a surprise after the approach through the very untidy rear area and the appalling mess which is the front view of 128. The property is well located for public transport and local amenities

I was there during the hottest days of the year with a room that faced the sun so a fan would have been appreciated rather than a fan heater.

Well equipped, clean, lots of kitchen equipment, very convenient for Crookes Social Club. Lovely comfortable bed. Great showers and toiletries. Very convenient for 82 bus route, and short walk down to Broomhill shops and a little further to Weston Park. Tastefully decorated, handy usb ports in bedside lights. Smells clean and fresh. New carpets.

Very steep stairs, and going up you need a good sense of balance. Step outside room 2 so be careful when exiting, but there is an automatic light. Access was interesting and there’s a little outside drain which was blocked and just needs attention. Shower mat in bath would be useful and also a bath mat. The black clock with black hands and black figures on a black background was definitely interesting but no idea what the time was! Be prepared to share the bathrooms and showers, and perhaps advisable to take a Bath robe.

It was very clean and it looked like it was brand new all over beds was very comfortable all had great nights sleep
