Very clean and convenient. Comfy bed, easy check-in, decent kitchen and spotless bathroom (despite being shared).
It wasn't great value tbh. I think I might've paid a premium because I stayed on Tramlines weekend (despite not going to Tramlines - I was here for a wedding). So I paid £162, which is a lot for what it is. I see that most other times, a double room is £65 - which I would say is great value.

The property had modern furniture and fittings and was very clean. This was a surprise after the approach through the very untidy rear area and the appalling mess which is the front view of 128. The property is well located for public transport and local amenities
I was there during the hottest days of the year with a room that faced the sun so a fan would have been appreciated rather than a fan heater.
