Art Deco on Morse

The location is a quiet part of Napier, felt very safe. The property is well stocked, very tidy, literally a home away from home with an art deco theme. Private off street parking at the rear of the property was a bonus.

The property was ideally situated for what we wanted. We were in Hawkes Bay for their cricket festival. It is spacious, with comfortable beds and access to various TV channels and the kitchen was very well appointed with a big oven. Simon, our host, was very good with communicating and responded promptly when contacted. There is a very pleasant garden and we were told to help ourselves to any produce growing. We did not need to! There was also room for two cars to be parked off road. The laundry was also very useful. All in all we were very happy with our stay.

The toilet is some way from the bathroom and does not have a wash hand basin. However this is not a problem and obviously down to the design of the house.

We liked the apples, avocados and lemons in the fruit bowl lovely touch. The house was comfortable and easy to relax in.

The climb into the high bath for a shower not so good for less able-bodied people.
