We have stayed in many places during four months of travel, and this was our favorite because of the hospitality, thoughtful designed accommodations, delicious home-baked and grown treats, and peaceful garden. It’s a great location for bike riding and nearby wine tasting in Hawke’s Bay.

Stunning modern design, surrounded by a lush leafy garden which you can walk around and explore, very private and luxuriously fitted out. Many welcoming touches, such as beautiful flowers, French pastries, cheeseboard, chocolates, bubbles and delicious breakfast items. Spacious, and designed to take advantage of the beautiful garden aspect. Perfect for a romantic getaway, but also right in the heart of Napier. The location is on top of a very steep hill, so having a car is recommended.
There was nothing we didn't like, it was a really well thought-out experience. One suggestion is that as the apartment is not serviced daily, for a longer stay like ours (3 nights) it would be useful to have a dustpan/broom for sweeping up crumbs etc.
