Nice place, good location but poorly maintained by administrative staff.
It was within easy walking distance of several public transportation routes that enabled us to get in and out of town easily.
We had to travel to the office to check in and receive the electronic instructions for locating the “lockbox” in a bush to get into the building. I understand they need to take pictures of our passports and collect the city tax, but it was inconvenient to then have to find another team to get to the property. However, when we found the lockbox we realized that they failed to give us the 4 digit code for the lockbox! Pretty basic information to relay in a face-to-face meeting! Then when we went to use the washing machine to do our laundry i spent an hour trying to figure out how to work it as there were no instructions … for anything … other than don’t touch the thermostat in an apartment that was 24 C when we walked in (it was 8 C outside). Eventually got someone helpful thru WhatsApp and they sent a technician the next day. The result was that the washing machine was broken so there’s no way I could have got it to work! So lazy office staff who didn’t watch the video they directed me to watch for the property to ensure I got the lockbox code and then a major appliance we were counting on to wash our clothes simply didn’t work. There were no instructions, in any language, to help with operating things we could use. The wifi was good but the TV signal froze frequently (didn’t bother reporting).

It was a comfortable stay thet felt like being at home.
The apartment is nice and clean with all the necessary equipment, washing machine, oven, stove, fridge, coffee machine and dish washer. The balcony is big and has a pretty view over the park. It is a safe and secured building, that felt like home. My interaction with the host, Jaki was smooth and easy. She responded to messages timely and accurately.
Struggled to get into the apartment, because of a new lock system on the door, but as soon as me and the host Jaki figured it out it was very easy to use and enter into. After that I had no more issues and the lock system was easy to manage.

accogliente calda e rilassante
Struttura ben tenuta, pulita e con tutti i comfort, soprattutto bella calda. Il proprietario una persona molto attenta alle esigenze delle persone, molto gentile e disponibile. La casa si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione di Milano Certosa e a pochi passi da fermate degli autobus e un gran supermercato. Le ragazze del check in sono state molto simpatiche e accoglienti. Consigliatissimo ci ritornerò sicuramente
