Bad experience

I didn’t like the flat I was with my family in the midnight someone came and banged my door. This place is not safe for the family. I contacted to the reception number but it didn’t response then I needed to call the police.

Scary at night, noisy neighbors

I personally liked the self check-in out because of our late arrival from the airport and also for our very early check-out. It was clean as well.

Number one thing is the location. If you are a woman I consider this a scary location, it was very close to the train station where there was a lot of weird people and the streets are really empty, nearby stores close early at 20:00. Number two, the neighbors were extremely noisy during the night. 2 of 3 nights I woke up because of them yelling and the TV at maximum volume. Number three, there is a very specific smell in the apartment, not very pleasant at all. Smells like a very old person lived there.

Self-cheking property ... definitely not coming back

It was the cheapest place I could find. The apartment is quite big and reasonably clean.

Just to make things clear, this is one of the locations where you don't meet anyone during your stay. It has no reception, you have to open the door using a code that you receive after a, not so easy, checkin procedure. I stayed there for a week and there was absolutely no room service (there is nobody to even take out the trash). You can communicate with some administrator (maybe owner) of the property via Whatsapp but you should not expect much help. It was ridiculous when I asked for an extra toilet paper (after a 5 days) and the administrator refused saying that it is difficult for him to go to the property.

Pleasant

Spacious with nice kitchen and toilet.

Getting in requires three steps verification, which in case you run out of phone battery or you don't have reception, you cannot complete.

Proximity to the train and the balcony are the only +

The location is great, the balcony was our favorite spot, overlooking a lovely park, and the train is just 3mins away.

We were disappointed (maybe for the first time ever) the place looked better on the photos. It was not clean enough, and there were cockroaches in the kitchen (at least the 3 we managed to kill).

It was ok, but there is still room to improve

Very convenient location, easy check in and A/C is brilliant especially during hot days.

Double bed is more like a sofa bed. Very uncomfortable. I assume it is ok for a short stay, but staying for a week does cause an impact to your night rest in a negative way. Also lack of cleanliness throughout the apartment. Had to sweep the floor since day one walking into apartment.

free parking, location is oke, good space.

communication, check in instructions, client services, asking for many documents before check in due it is a self check-in service. communication via whats-app and asking for id cards copies for all guests(i guess it is not legal) Including the City taxes for the children and then they told you Sorry it is a mistake (Only adults must pay the City Taxes) poor communication when you need them.

La vicinanza al posto di lavoro.

La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare, le stoviglie sarebbero da cambiare perché usurate, la caldaia avrebbe bisogno di un termostato x regolare la temperatura dell' acqua x evitare sbalzi di temperatura mentre si fa la doccia....

Poteva andar meglio.

Che aveva difronte la stazione, c'era il centro commerciale vicino e la fermata degli autobus.

Il fatto che l'acqua non si regolava bene e quindi una volta ti ustionavi e l'altra ti congelavi. Pochi asciugamani, non c'erano asciugamani per il bidet. I termosifoni di sera si spegnevano completamente. Poteva essere più pulito.

L' appartamento è grande, l' arredamento è un po' datato,ma per mio figlio che ha soggiornato per lavoro è stato perfetto.

Consiglierei di mettere un asciugatrice in quanto essendo al piano terra i panni non asciugano in fretta.
