Nice building, spacious, well equipped

At night noise from the bars close by, difficult to communicate with house staff

Philip is a great host. He showed me around by car, served breakfast although it was not included and brought me by car to the nearby bus station. The location is walking distance to the bus station.

Unfortunately, Philip is not organized and has no overview over the bookings. As happened to Haki who wrote the previous 1 point review, Philip forgot my booking, too. He first told me I cannot come although I had a confirmed booking. After some communication back and forth, I could come nevertheless. If you book just one room and he can rent out the entire apartment directly later, he will likely kick you out as he will earn much more by renting the entire place. If you rent a room, you get a room with a private bathroom. All other pictures show shared spaces. In addition, the apartment is not at the beachfront. There are 2 roads between the house and the lake. Also, the location in the booking system is wrong. The apartment is near the bus station.

Excellent logement, chambres dans deux luxueuses maisons très proches du lac. Accueil francophone. Les employés sont très gentils : ils ont lavé notre linge et même la voiture !Au rez-de-chaussée un salon partagé avec cuisine : pratique. Une belle trouvaille, bon tarif, pas cher.

Belle salle d'eau cependant la pression quand on opte pour la douche chaude est faible, il faudrait un chauffe-eau plus puissant.
