During our stay, the hospitality we received was truly exceptional. From the warm welcome at the reception by Mr. Elsi and his colleagues, to the attentive care of the manager, George, every interaction reflected professionalism and genuine kindness. The ladies serving breakfast each morning added a personal touch with their cheerful demeanor and efficient service, ensuring that our days began on a delightful note. Their collective dedication went beyond routine duties; they anticipated our needs, offered thoughtful assistance, and created an atmosphere of comfort and ease. The seamless coordination among the staff made our experience not just pleasant but memorable. Their services perfectly complemented the hotel’s ambiance, transforming our visit into one of the best stays we have ever had. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking outstanding service, warm hospitality, and a team that truly understands the art of guest satisfaction.

The seats in the rooms especially the twao bedroomed ought to be changed.....though traditional but not the best at all. Include a carpet in the sitting area please.

The breakfast was okay..but i got tired of eating the same things..

staff is good, cooperative and try their best to support the guest.

No refrigerator, No microwave. Wifi was so poor across the apartment. Location is 100 meters away from the mainroad.
