Unfortunately the unit wasn’t cleaned when I checked in. So contact person moved me to another unit for one night, which was a hassle with all my big luggage. Moved back to original unit the next day, then there was no kettle. So a little bit of a hassle but Jack (I think) was so accommodating and made sure that my needs was attended to. Thank you, it was much appreciated. It makes a big difference.
The unit is a ONE bedroom with extra bed at an extra space next to the bathroom. Not 2 bedroom as advertised (this should be clearly stated).
Lack of basic things - no bathroom mat - the most basic thing. Room for improvement. And I would still recommend because the contact person was very helpful and accommodating, thank you.
