The Signature Serviced Apartment at Sri Hartamas

Wear and tear is starting to show in the apt. We stayed in exactly the same apt last year. So, it is apparent that some maintenance wld help with this apt.

Clean and nice.

Only 2 pillows were provided. There seem to be lots of ants on the place. We cannot leave food or drinks on the table. It will be infected with ants.

The standard of this apartment is much better than others in this building and it's very clean too. As with all apartments in this building; there's noise from the highway but this apartment picks up some noise from the swimming pool above too because it's on the 9th floor.. it's notable but not bad. The price of this unit is higher than others in the building and the cost of "additional fees" for "cleaning" and RM300 in deposit (by bank transfer) is disproportionately high and troublesome; respectively.

The key was not in the letterbox and I had to wait 20 mins. The air cond started leaking after the 5th night and had to be switched off. 2 rolls of toilet paper were left for 11 night stay. I was later told supplies were in the kitchen even though there were plenty of storage in the bathroom. There is no complementary water or toothpaste. The hair conditioner was of poor quality and left hair tangled. Overall, not a pleasant experience.
