The location is great because there are many malls nearby so it's easy to find restaurants, cafes and supermarkets etc. The lifts worked quickly

There was a weird smell in the apartment when I got therelike of strong cleaning products. It didn't bother me so much but it bothered my colleague who came 24 hours later. She opened the terrace but then mosquitoes came in. We tried various things to overcome it and mentioned it to the property manager but couldn't find any solution during out 3 day stay. The place also lacked cooking gear i,e pots, pans, plates crockery etc. There was no comfortable place to work with my laptop - the bar stools were too high, the coffee table was too low and in bed no comfortable either.

The apartment was great, the location was great, it had most of what we needed for our stay. We loved staying at The Ooaks, having previously lived across the road.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, bedding was not provided, despite emailing to say that my son would be sleeping on it. A toaster would also have been great and also the lack of cutlery was weird.

Its proximity to facilities

Location and amenities. The stay was very pleasant. The host was very easy to deal with and good communication. The house was so clean and aesthetic. We stayed there because it was got meeting nearby the area plus my son’s therapy session located there and it was very convenient for us. Everything is within reach 👍🏻
