Martini Matera luxury living

Amplasat OK, chiar la marginea centrului istoric. Zona nu e chiar premium și pare a fi un fost spațiu comercial la parterul unei clădiri intr o zonă mai colorată, dar pentru o seara e OK.

Am avut un incident neplăcut. Mi am uitat o pereche de încălțăminte și am contactat proprietara oferindu-mă sa programez un curier să îi ridice sau dacă era disponibilă să mi-i trimită prin curier bineînțeles suportând eu costul integral, la o locație din Napoli. Nu a făcut niciuna nici alta, deși i-am scris în repetate rânduri. De asemenea proprietara nu a menționat ca boilerul de apă caldă din baie trebuie pornit, are un comutator individual, astfel ca seara nu am avut apă caldă, abia spre dimineață s-a încălzit.

Me dieron otro dpto distinto al reservado. Hermoso. Nuevo. Súper equipado. Limpio. Iluminado. Amplió. Renovado a nuevo. Impecable. Lo ame. Buena comunicación con la anfitriona. Y entrada y salida sin contacto que facilita todo. Dejaron varias cosas de cortesía

Si bien la ubicación no era mala, podía ser mejor . Estaba en un complejo tranquilo y era segundo piso por escalera.

La situation géographique, la propreté et le confort

Npt very much. The kitchen was quite well equipped if you planned on a longer stay.

The street - though close to the old town - was scruffy. The opaque glass door on the photo opens directly into the main room and is the only window in the whole flat. Despite a statement in the description about 'city views'...there are none at all, nor was there any direct light, or view of anything! The linens were old and an assorted mix of miss matched colours. The towels were the same. The bath mat had not been changed. The bathroom floor edges and corners were not clean. There were long life croissants and pre packed 'toadt' in the flat but a cafe breakfast was paod for. But the host only gave us the name of the street. We asked if this was the name of the cafe and were told yes. Half an hpur later we bpught our own breakfast, unsble to get assosyance from Google or the host! At 11am she confirmed the name of the cafe - too late for us. Disappointing all round. Never had such a poor experience with Booking.com before. Thos was definitely NOT a luxury apartment!!
