Wohnung ist im Souterrain und daher kühl. Jetzt im Sommer ganz angenehm, zu anderen Jahreszeiten muss man sich ggf. wärmer anziehen.

Large, modern, recently renovated apartment with 2 bedrooms! Good facilities, kitchen, wifi, TV, bathroom and even "welcome chocolates" (thank you!). Friendly, responsive and helpful host and family living above the apartment. Quiet arera, about 15 mins walk to town, shops nearby. Apartment is at street level, but street is quiet. Good value for money.

The owner/host, Armen is a supernice, helpful and generous gentleman who makes you feel home. The place is neat and clean with all the amenities required for a wonderful stay. Armen helped me check the train ticket to Yerevan and even called me a taxi to the train staion as I was late already. I would have missed the train without his assistance. Хозяин/хозяин, Армен, — очень приятный, отзывчивый и щедрый человек, который заставляет вас чувствовать себя как дома. Место чистое и аккуратное, со всеми удобствами, необходимыми для прекрасного отдыха. Армен помог мне проверить билет на поезд до Еревана и даже вызвал такси до вокзала, так как я уже опаздывал. Без его помощи я бы опоздал на поезд.

I really can't put my finger on anything which troubled me. Simply WONDERFUL Я действительно не могу точно определить, что именно меня беспокоило. Просто ЗАМЕЧАТЕЛЬНО.
