Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile col quale è stato molto facile cominicare. Ha risposto velocemente a tutti i miei messaggi ed è stato di grande aiuto. La posizione è ottima, da lì si raggiunge il centro di Gyumri in pochi minuti. Ideale che ci sia posto per parcheggiare la macchina. L'appartamento è grande (fin tropppo per una coppia) e dispone di tutte il necessario per trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno. Pulizie eccezionali, ottima temperatura interna.
Ideale per partire alla scoperta di Gyumri

Чисто, аккуратно, есть все, что может понадобиться - фен, утюг, стиральная машина. Кухня укомплектована, посуда чистая, без сколов. А самое главное в паре минут ходьбы от центра, тихо и спокойно.
