We arrived at the travel agency office, where we picked up the keys, and the host then showed us to the property, which is located in the same building with an entrance from the courtyard. The apartment was ideal for our one-night stay in the city. It was reasonably close to the city center, there were shops nearby, and the apartment had all the necessary facilities. The host was very kind, helpful, and supportive. Overall, this place is a great choice for a short stay for two people.
The bathroom and toilet are rather small, but that wasn’t a problem at all - everything was clean and functioning.

Соотношение цена-качество отличное. Чистые апартаменты, оснащены хорошо.
Удобная кровать и хорошие шторы.
Завтрак с видом 👍
Отличное расположение. Горячая вода в душе.
Вода в душе может уходить медленно. Лучше иметь с собой резиновые тапочки. Не прогреваются апартаменты, довольно холодно. По карте сложно найти изначально. Ориентир на одноименное турагентство, оттуда вас проводят.

Удобное расположение почти в самом центре города, чистые просторные апартаменты, со всем необходимым(полотенца, посуда, гигиенический набор, кофе, чай, посуда и тд) , хозяин всегда на связи.
Интернет стабильный, свет, интернет и вода ни разу не пропадали (большая проблема в Гюмри), было прохладно(но это в целом в Армении зимой норма, топят не как в России, надо быть брать тёплые тапочки), но был кондиционер который прекрасно справлялся с обогревом.
