Very clean apartment well-equipped ideal for short or long-term stays.
What was very convenient was the fact that a large supermarket was located just 300 m away from the apartment and that a metro station was reachable by 5 minutes walking distance only.
The owner was very responsive and helpful too in cases I needed something.
The price was reasonable.

- Great location, located next to Shengavit metro station which is a 10 minute ride to the city centre
- Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and gave clear check-in instructions
- Access to laundry machine
- Good internet
- Could be maintained a bit better but did the job

It was a small, cozy, and very comfortable house with a private entrance. Everything we needed for our stay was provided, including a washing machine, a gas stove, all the necessary dishes, and other amenities. We were very satisfied with our stay and highly recommend it.
