    The location is convenient and well-situated, with easy access to nearby amenities. The hotel environment is comfortable and relaxing, making our stay very pleasant. Our family especially loved the swimming pool—it was clean and beautiful, and the kids had a great time. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

    A decent place to stay. It is an apartment, not a hotel so the 5 star rating is somewhat misleading. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. My only complaint is that the bed and pillows were not 5 star. The bed was really hard and the pillows were lower end quality. These items are what I enjoy the most about staying in a good hotel. The bed should be super comfortable and the pillows should be of premuim quality.

    My review is based on the way we were greet upon our arrival at the main lobby. We were embarrassed by the loud long sound of a whistle made by the security guard. There were a few people standing in front of the lobby area looking at us. How would we know not to park at the parking lot when there was not a single sign saying No Parking Here. We were just stopping there to check in and go somewhere to eat. The security guard could have just come to us & tell us to wait elsewhere. It was not like there were many cars waiting. It was just us. Before arriving I have sent a message via Agoda to the property regarding deposit but no reply. Luckily I brought cash enough to pay. Upon check out the front staff almost forgot to return my deposit. Since they did not give you any receipt for it, pls remember to get it back. It took us a whole nite to figure out how to switch on the water dispenser. No guidelines given. We upload from google. Convenience store open 10am until 8pm ONLY. Or else you have to cross the road to buy anything. Queen bed too small for two medium size couple. Good for one person. Everything else is just ok.
