Excellent city centre location. Had been fitted out and decorated to a high standard. Plenty of hot water. The block itself was quite and felt secure. We would go again. Great communication from owner.
The only thing that we thought would have been useful was a rail in the shower to support anyone who was a little unsteady.

Location was good and was easy to check in.
The property wasn’t very clean - the carpet in the bedroom had visibly not been vacuumed and there were false eyelashes on the living room rug. The sofa was stained. There were hairs in the bathroom. The hot water didn’t even last for one 10 minute shower, had to use the boost function on the boiler but still went cold. There was make up and shoe prints on the wall in the bedroom - we sent photos to the host so we couldn’t be blamed for it. The whole place just needed a good clean really.
The bed was uncomfortable and I woke up with very sore shoulders, hips and back. The mattress feels like the springs have collapsed, a bit like the mattresses you find in student dorms.
There was no internet so couldn’t watch TV etc when in the flat. We contacted the hosts about this but nothing was resolved. I know it seems like small things but it didn’t make me feel like I got my money’s worth at £100 per night.
