Location, facilities, view, restaurants and short 5 min walk to Southbank.
Check in procedure needs to improve. Running around to collect keys from another location is not acceptable, especially for outer towners who dont know the area. Why not put the keys in a lock box at the hotel. Its where you have to drop the keys off when you leave anyway. No microwave in room could be an inconvenience for some.

Lovely 3 bed apartment with great views. Lots of space. Great little balcony. Most facilities needed for family stay.
No microwave, bath plug didn’t fit, lifts took forever - no service lifts.

The location of the property is sensational. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and QPAC
Check in. Collecting the keys off site and extra paperwork to book the property.
