The balcony and the location.
Maintenance needed in a few places, doors not secured to hinges, storage extremely poor due to owners occupying 3/4 of the master bedroom wardrobe space, and more than half of the second bed wardrobe. Swimming pool wasn’t available, despite notifying the owner it was one of the main reasons to book the apartment, and was assured it was available. They did give a refund of approx 7% of the 6 night stay. Overall, wasn’t value for money, as much the same as Oaks rate but without having front desk to help with booking cabs, luggage storage etc.
