Great location and space, took my elderly parents, no steps, super fast lift, amazing views. Gary went over and above to help us with everything we needed. Pool was amazing, again with great views.

The host is the best thing about this property, a very detail oriented and service-oriented property manager. He takes great pride in providing the best experience possible for his guests. The afternoon glow from the sunshine was a delightful experience, it creates a really lovely ambience in the space. Location location location! Perfectly central to everything! The apartment was mostly clean with a generous supply of complimentary drinks and snacks. The beds were comfortable but note one is a small double not really ideal for 2 adults.

The windows, power supply, and AC systems in this property created some discomfort and complexity that added unnecessary stress to our stay. I acknowledge the host did everything possible to make us aware and bring comfort to us, but when booking accommodation from home I want it to be a problem free stay. 1) The master bedroom window was broken. The host worked hard to seal it with duct tape but the air pushed its way through again and whistled through the night. 2) The AC system isn’t reliable and to reboot you need to access the switchboard and turn off the circuit breaker. It turns out being shown where the circuit breaker is in the apartment was helpful for point 3! 3) The power tripped in the kitchen, we don’t know when or how. But the fridge and freezer stopped working and I had stored breastmilk in the freezer. This was very distressing. 4) We opened the window in the spare bedroom for some fresh air and during the night it lost its hold and started banging against the frame. The noise woke up all the guests. 5) The lounge looks like a comfortable recliner but is not plugged in so it couldn’t be used.

The host was welcoming and friendly. The property was well maintained. Loved how they provided free food and drinks on check-in. The view is stunning!
