Locatia este linistita si ofera acces usor la toata zona. Gratarul foarte practic si usor de folosit. Camere mari si frumos amenajate. Parcare auto cu umbra.

Desi curtea era foarte mare cu pomi si flori mixte, nu era ingrijita corespunzator. Am discutat cu gazda despre acest aspect si a zis ca are planuri de renovare in curand.

The property is one of a kind. A dream home away from home, not to be missed. The property is situated 50 meters from the water between Nea Iraklitsa and Nea Peramos in a very private area near the harbour. It is a peaceful location, 15 minutes walking distance to centre of Nea Peramos (where there are plenty of organised and open beaches) and 15 min drive to the well known beach bars. The yard is huge, fully fenced and private. There is a shaded car port for your car(s), outdoor sink, outdoor hose, outdoor shaded sitting area and gas barbecue. It is a dream for families with kids who need the extra space for the kids to run around (there is also a trampoline and a mini slide). The house itself appears to be a three level family home with only the first floor being rented at the moment (owners mentioned they plan to let out the whole villa in future after renovations). On the first floor the space has an open floor kitchen, dining and living room, two bedrooms and one bathroom. A lot of original features of the home have been maintained but it has been modernised blending the feeling of staying in a modern hotel with the convenience of your own villa. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook. We booked the villa last minute the day before arrival. Communication with the owners was clear and fast. They were there to welcome us and explain key things like boiler etc. and also on the day of departure for the key handover. Everything was really really great and we would stay again without hesitation.

The villa is amazing! Extremely cozy and very clean, with a great location. The yard is quite spacious and offers plenty of activities and fun for children. The owners had put an incredible amount of effort into the Christmas decorations, which made us feel truly at home. We would definitely come back!

This beautiful house is a true Eden! The interior is tastefully designed, perfect for a calming and restful holiday. The garden is impeccably maintained—an oasis of peace and relaxation. The hosts were welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. It's just a few minutes to the lively center of Nea Peramos, yet the location offers a serene escape from the bustle.

I wish we had more days! We loved it!
