February 2026. Two-week stay. The panoramic view is beautiful at any time; the ocean and waves feel alive. The terrace is suitable for sunbathing, and sunsets can be enjoyed there during dinner. The location is excellent — very close to the beach, promenade, and shops. Parking in the courtyard is difficult, but street parking is easy and free. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Communication with the management company was good. We appreciated the sparkling wine in the welcome set; after mentioning it, we were given two additional bottles (sold only at Marko). The mattress is comfortable. Bed linen and towels are in good condition or new. Plates and cups look new; we purchased a few additional items for ourselves. The apartment size is sufficient for a couple (we are 40–43 years old). Some practical adjustments may be needed, but overall it is adequate.

We experienced several minor issues and one major drawback during our stay. Minor drawbacks: The apartment is not new, despite the impression created by the photos and the limited number of reviews. Signs of wear are visible throughout. Local cosmetic fixes look unsuccessful. The terrace sofa cushions have lost their acceptable appearance. Moisture accumulates in the bathroom, and there is mold in the grout between the tiles. All of this — and other minor issues not listed here — is tolerable. We understand this is a rental property. For our own comfort, we purchased some additional items at Leroy Merlin. Major issue: There is a strong and unhealthy odor coming from the sewage pipes. It has two peak periods: approximately 6:30–9:30 in the morning and after 10:30 in the evening. At other times, the smell is less intense. During these hours, we had to open both the bathroom door and the apartment’s entrance door for ventilation. We also covered the sink and shower drains with damp paper towels (rubber drain covers would be more practical). I replaced the drain trap under the sink myself, hoping the water seal would block the odor. This limited the ability to fully open the lower drawer beneath the sink, but I replaced a very dirty pipe in the process. For two weeks, we lived with a persistent sewage smell that, in my view, is not only unpleasant but potentially harmful. This alone rules out any consideration of staying here again. The management company states they are doing what they can and that the issue is building-related and connected to the proximity of the ocean. However, when booking a month in advance, we specifically asked whether the problem would be resolved before our arrival and were assured that it had already been fixed. This was not the case. The odor appears to be permanent. The management company handled the matter attentively and offered compensation. We declined, as compensation does not alter the experience.

Alvásra jó volt, ezért az árért viszonylag jó helyen van, a part kellemes sétatávolságra elérhető, parkolni is lehetett, nem volt gond a zajjal. A 10. emeletről szép kilátás az óceánra.

Barátságtalan recepciós a becsekkoláskor. Nem értettem, miért kellett minden adatunkat papírra is kiírni, ha egyszer már előre, online, igazolványokat is beszkennelve elkérték azokat. Nem a vendéglátás csúcsa, ha érkezéskor köszönés helyett azzal fogadnak, hogy miért merészeltünk beállni a hotel parkolójába.
