The location and the view

La ubicación , y el alojamiento en sí muy bueno.
Por fuera parecía muy viejo y sin pintar, pero la habitación excelente.

All’inizio avevo un po’ di timore nel prenotare quest’appartamento poiché aveva poche recensioni, ma in realtà mi sono affidata alle foto e devo dire che ho fatto bene poiché
La camera corrispondeva alle foto, identica e precisa ,con cucina ben attrezzata e pentole nuove. La vista era molto bella. Gli host privati sono stati sempre disponibili e rapidi nelle risposte, e l’accesso senza chiavi è molto comodo. L’hotel dispone anche di un parcheggio gratuito (anche se con pochi posti). Inoltre, si trova in una zona centrale a circa 300 m dalla spiaggia e proprio dietro all’hotel c’è lo stazionamento dei pullman.inoltre anche il siam park si trova a circa 700 m a piedi
La struttura dell’hotel in sé non è tra le migliori e il personale non è particolarmente sorridente o disponibile (anche se questo non riguarda la gestione dell’appartamento). Servirebbe più pulizia dietro al letto e nella finestra che dà sul terrazzo, oltre a zanzariere per dormire meglio. A Tenerife può capitare la presenza di blatte per via dei tombini, non per la pulizia, ma comunque la camera era già attrezzata con trappole e prodotti.

Schoon en gerenoveerd
1 dag van tevoren zijn wij geïnformeerd over de renovatie bij de buren, terwijl dit, zichtbaar, reeds lang van tevoren bekend was. De boeking was niet restitueerbaar! Als we dat van tevoren hadden geweten hadden we niet geboekt. De renovatie zal nog wel een tijdje in beslag nemen. Daarnaast is er een bar/snackbar aanwezig, waar veel geluid wordt geproduceerd. Ook dit kenbaar gemaakt aan de receptie. Ponderosa is geen hotel, maar een complex waar veel renovaties plaatsvinden.
We zaten er 12 nachten. De ruimte is beperkt en op de foto’s lijkt de studio groter dan in werkelijkheid. 2 grote handdoeken is wel erg mager voor deze periode. Als we alles van tevoren hadden geweten, hadden we een andere lokatie gekozen
