Apart Hotel Ponderosa Tenerife

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this apartment. It was exceptionally clean, very well maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with all the essentials, making it feel like a true home away from home. One of the biggest advantages was the location. Siam Park is within walking distance, which is a huge bonus for families with teenagers. The beach, restaurants, and shops are also only about 5 minutes away on foot. The terrace was one of our favorite features. We had every meal there and really enjoyed spending time outside. It added so much to the overall experience. What impressed us most was the attention to detail and the care shown by the owners. It felt as if they treated their guests like family rather than just visitors. Pavlína was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. A special thank you to Pavlína for accommodating our early check-in, which was greatly appreciated after our journey. Her hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tenerife.

There were only a few minor points that could be improved, although none of them affected our overall enjoyment of the stay. Most of them were not related to the apartment itself. The hotel parking area can be quite busy and finding a parking space sometimes required a bit of patience and pure luck. Since we had a rental car throughout our stay, this was occasionally challenging, although we always managed to find a spot in the end. The swimming pools could have been maintained a little better, and the elevator occasionally did not open properly on the 4th floor, which could be slightly confusing at times. Regarding the apartment itself, I personally would have appreciated air conditioning instead of fans, as August temperatures can be quite high. A dishwasher would also be a wonderful addition, especially for guests who prefer cooking at home rather than dining out every day. These are very minor suggestions rather than real complaints. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, felt very welcome, and none of these points took away from our experience. We would happily stay here again.

Lokacija je fantastična, na samo par minuta od glavnog šetališta i obale. Naš domaćin Pavlina se potrudila oko svakog detalja. Sve je bilo lako i bez i jednog problema. Apartman je kao na slikama, sve što je opisano je tačno u potpunosti. Još jednom želim da pohvalim Pavlinu i njenu ljubaznost.

The complex and public area was awful with renovations going on. Corridors dirty and not cleaned. Cockroaches all over the place.
