Il monolocale è proprio come si vede nelle foto, è carino e sufficientemente spazioso per due persone. C'è una piccola cucina ma noi non l'abbiamo mai usata. Dal terrazzino si vede l'oceano e quando non c'è foschia si vede anche La Gomera. Il condominio è tranquillo e silenzioso nonostante in questo periodo ci siano dei lavori di manutenzione. C'è la possibilità di parcheggiare all'interno del condominio e questo per noi è stato molto importante.
Per chi non vuole noleggiare un auto ma vuole spostarsi con i mezzi pubblici la stazione dei bus rimane proprio dietro al condominio.
L'oceano è veramente a due passi ed anche tanti ristorantini e localini dove mangiare.
