Location, view and communication. We had towels and other things needed to cook and live at the apartment.
Everything looked much better in pictures, it wad warn out, there was no proper supplies to clean the floor aside from an old broom in the closet in balcony. Sofa was very uncomfortable and unstable and due to weather we were not able to done on the balcony, so unless we wanted to fold the sofa, that was used for sleeping, every day, we had no place to have a meal together. Something to consider if choosing this space for family with kids who would sleep on sofa.
