Bit noisy from road when in bed at night

Immaculately clean and well presented property we were very pleased indeed

Overall the accommodation meet our expectations and previous reviews were fair in their assessment. Location very good and central for Costa Adeje.

Communication was very good prior to our arrival. Agent not available on arrival doe to issues with another property. Again agent keen communication to get damage deposit on arrival. Further messages went un answered until our departure, disappointing. The accommodation has a washing machine which worked well. However once wash finished and machine pumped out the water, the drain obviously had some restriction as water came up in the floor and shower drains. This was communicated to the agent but never acknowledged.

we were on floor 11, fantastic view, clean and tidy apartment, some building work going on in reception, but didn’t interfere with our stay. fantastic location, some really good bar’s and restaurants within 5 mins walking.

building under going major renovation, some noise, but will be lovely when it’s finished. actual building name was not on directions, so was a little difficult to find, but the contact was good and soon directed us in to The Ponderosa Hotel, and the apartment.
