Cosy home around Newland Avenue area

Lovely home with great furnishing and everything required for our stay. Very spacious dining area and lovely cosy living room. The bedrooms were decorated beautifully and the house has everything we needed for our week long stay. Location was perfect with plenty of parking spaces on the road. It had quick and easy access to Newland avenue and Beverley road for shops and an easy 10 minute walk to the University. We had an issue with the key lockbox upon arrival and it was solved quickly over the phone within minutes, and when we mentioned there was no kettle in the house they provided one the next day. Great customer service.

Stairs are very steep with short steps (normal for this type of property), but there isn’t a banister/stair railing that goes the entire length of the stairs, which was a bit dangerous at night time when trying to go downstairs to the bathroom, especially for the children.
